I don’t think any startup comes up with their own contracts. That’s uneccessary labor and potentially legal fees to get it professional written. There’s no copyright on contracts as far as I’m aware and usually the bulk of the content is the same across entities making for easy swapping of details such as company name, location etc. As long as you have permission from the person you’re copying from, I see no problem with it whatsoever (just efficiency).
